Here, you will make an impact by:Performing the function of an internal and external auditorIdentification of areas for improvement, implementation of corrective and preventive actions and verification of their effectivenessConducting complaint processesDevelopment, implementation and updating of quality documentationContinuous improvement of the Quality Management System to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO13485 requirements,Participation in new product and process implementation projectsValidation of test methodsCooperation with other departments to continuously develop and improve the functioning of the factoryCooperation in the international arena,Ensuring the highest quality of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished productsConducting training for employees in the scope of quality assurance requirements and methods of meeting themRepresenting the area during external auditsYour Skills and Expertise  To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Higher education, preferably technicalMin. 3 years of experience in an independent position in the quality assurance departmentAdvanced knowledge of English, both spoken and writtenANDIn addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:Practical knowledge of ISO requirements 9001 as well as quality tools (8D, FMEA, SPC, MSA)Knowledge of ISO13485, GMP requirements will be an additional assetAbility to think analytically, solve problems and make decisionsExperience in using the SAP system is welcomeExperience in validation of the manufacturing process,Experience in project implementation, participation in global projectsVery good computer skills (MS Office, MiniTab)Very good communication skillsWork location: Onsite (4 day per...
