We’re hiring production technicians at a variety of levels who can work on weekday nights, and weekend shifts — shifts that come with a 10% to 30% pay differential. The pay ranges from $30–$41 per hour before that differential, depending on your experience, and we offer benefits and equity in the company.

We’re looking for technicians who:
- Have 3+ years of experience
- Know electromechanical parts and assemblies
- Can troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing discrepancies
- Can read and interpret assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, with great attention to detail
The specific pay differentials are:
- Weekday second shift (Monday-Friday, 2 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.): 10%
- Weekday third shift (Monday–Friday, 10 p.m. – 6:30 a.m.): 15%
- Weekend first shift (Friday, Saturday, Sunday 6 a.m. – 6 p.m.): 15%
- Weekend second shift (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 6 p.m. – 6 a.m.): 30%

At the job fair, you’ll also be able to meet our employees face to face and to see inside our magnet factory to see what the fusion energy future looks like.
