As a Senior Associate Release & Deployment Manager in IT Infra/Cloud, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure and services to enable seamless operations and availability for clients. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will focus on designing and implementing robust, secure IT systems that support business operations, confirming the smooth functioning of networks, servers, and data centers to optimize performance and minimize downtime.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and implementing industry-leading practices for cloud-based systems. Your ability to respond effectively to diverse perspectives and use a broad range of tools and methodologies will be crucial in generating new ideas and solving problems.

Responsibilities

- Managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure to support seamless operations and minimize downtime
- Implementing industry-leading practices for cloud-based systems to enhance performance and availability
- Monitoring and troubleshooting cloud services to identify and resolve issues promptly
- Designing and deploying cloud infrastructure architecture to meet client needs and business objectives
- Collaborating with teams to develop and execute cloud migration strategies
- Utilizing Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure for cloud administration and service management
- Conducting performance optimization and compliance checks for cloud environments
- Providing technical consultation and support for cloud operations and infrastructure management
- Building and maintaining client relationships to understand and anticipate their cloud service requirements
- Mentoring junior team members in cloud operations and infrastructure management techniques

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
