Role responsibilities
Own the end-to-end data pipeline for rent setting, including demand models, renewal probability, and price elasticity. Build and maintain the infrastructure using Terraform and develop the orchestration layer for ingestion and inference.
Requirements
Requires 8+ years of experience building production systems with deep expertise in Python, Terraform, and AWS. Must be proficient in analytical SQL, data modeling, and capable of working across a large Ruby on Rails codebase.
