Full Stack Frontend Engineer
About the Role
We're a Series A AI-powered go-to-market SaaS company building intelligent infrastructure for B2B sales and marketing teams. Our platform uses AI agents to help GTM teams find, qualify, and engage their best-fit accounts — and we're looking for a Full Stack Frontend Engineer to lead the development of the high-performance, elegant user experiences that bring those capabilities to life.
You'll work closely with product, design, and AI research teams — reporting to the Director of ML & Platform Engineering — to translate ambitious ideas into polished, scalable interfaces. This role sits at the intersection of AI and UX, and is central to how users interact with intelligent systems every day.
What You'll Do
Own end-to-end development of highly interactive, performant, and elegant frontend experiences for AI-powered web applications, from concept to production.
Collaborate with product and design teams to translate ambiguous ideas into polished, user-friendly interfaces.
Make thoughtful trade-offs between functionality, polish, and delivery speed — shipping features fast to validate user value quickly.
Set the standard for clean, maintainable, and scalable frontend architecture.
Integrate AI capabilities into seamless, human-centered user interactions.
Implement analytics and feedback loops to measure impact and guide iteration.
Optimize performance and reliability through strong CI/CD practices and frontend testing frameworks.
Evolve the design system and component library to ensure consistency, scalability, and rapid product development.
What We're Looking For
Required:
2+ years of frontend development experience with a proven track record delivering production-grade web applications.
Hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, Next.js, TailwindCSS, Node.js, and Python.
Experience leading frontend projects or mentoring junior engineers.
Strong collaboration skills across product, design, and AI/ML research teams.
Nice to Have:
Background in B2B SaaS, sales tech, or data-intensive web applications.
Experience integrating AI/ML features into consumer-facing interfaces.
Familiarity with design systems and component library development.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $180,000 – $200,000 USD annually

This is a hybrid role based in Mountain View, California, USA. Candidates should expect a combination of in-office and remote work.
