About the Role
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and friendly Part-Time Office Manager to keep our physical workplace running smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you will be the glue holding our day-to-day office operations together—managing facilities, welcoming guests, and supporting team events and administrative workflows. This role will be part time, roughly 10 hours a week with flexible timing during work hours.

Key Responsibilities
Facility & Space Management
Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and fully stocked office environment (kitchen, conference rooms, communal areas).
Monitor office inventory and order supplies, snacks, beverages, and equipment within budget.
Keep our plants alive!
Handle incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Administrative & Operational Support
Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries, visitors, and building management.
Assist with team onboarding (setting up desks, order keycards, welcoming new hires).
Help with internal team events, lunches, happy hours, anniversaries and holiday celebrations.
Support leadership on ad hoc special projects .
Qualifications & Skills
Organization: Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize competing tasks independently.
Communication: Clear, friendly, and professional verbal and written communication skills.
Tech-Savvy: Tech-comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and expense/ordering platforms.
Proactive Mindset: Self-starter who notices what needs to be done without waiting to be asked.
Physical Requirement: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (e.g., packages, catering trays, stock supplies) and remain on your feet as needed.
