Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

Sie berichten an den Leiter des Programms „Neues ERP“ und sind für die erfolgreiche Durchführung der End-to-End-Datenmigration von verschiedenen lokalen Legacy-ERP-Systemen zum neuen ERP gemäß der Bereitstellungsstrategie verantwortlich. Datenbereinigungsaktivitäten innerhalb der Geschäftsfunktionen (Support und Service, Industrie, Beschaffung, Global Business, Engineering, Finanzen, Qualität usw.) müssen überwacht werden. Sie leisten auch einen wichtigen Beitrag zur EI Data Quality Journey, um sicherzustellen, dass der Plan zur Verbesserung der Datenqualität mit dem neuen ERP-Umfang pro Version übereinstimmt.

Sie sind vollständig in das neue ERP-Programm und Plateau integriert und fungieren als Projektleiter für die Definition und Durchführung der Datenmigration.

In dieser Funktion werden Sie:

• Umsetzung ( und Validierung) der Datenmigrationsstrategie mit allen relevanten Stakeholdern
• Abstimmung mit allen internen Geschäftsfunktionen über die Anforderungen und Anstrengungen im Hinblick auf die Datenbereinigung
• Unterstützen Sie die Data Champions bei der Definition des Datenumfangs für die Migration pro S/4-Release und der Datenbereinigung
• Überwachen und überprüfen Sie den Fortschritt und das Budget der Datenbereinigungsaktivitäten durch die einzelnen Funktionen
• Regelmäßige Berichterstattung an das neue ERP-Programm, aber auch an die Funktionslenkungsausschüsse, über Fortschritte und Warnungen
• Überprüfen und verbessern Sie regelmäßig die Organisation, Governance, Tools und Mittel innerhalb jeder Funktion und zentral für die Durchführung der Datenbereinigung
• Einrichtung der Datenmigrationsfabrik, um den Migrationsprozess zu industrialisieren und sicherzustellen, dass die geplanten Go-Live-Termine eingehalten werden
• Verwalten Sie das Arbeitspaket des Systemintegrators für die Datenmigration
• Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Projekt pünktlich, kosten- und qualitätsgerecht geliefert wird
• Risiken und Chancen im Zusammenhang mit dem Projekt verwalten
• Kommunizieren Sie und beteiligen Sie sich an Datenbereinigung und -migration

Erforderliche Kenntnisse und Qualifikationen

• Masterstudium (oder vergleichbar) in Informationstechnologie oder ähnlichem Bereich
• mehrjährige Erfahrung (mind. 5 Jahre) in komplexen IT-Projekten und Projektmanagement
• Genauigkeit bei Fakten, Plänen und Zahlen
• Teamplayer und Beziehungsmanagement (Programm, Systemintegrator, IM, Business)
• Kommunikation und Konfliktverwaltung
• S/4 Hana-Kenntnisse wünschenswert
• Professionelles Englisch und Deutsch

Your tasks and responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Program New ERP, you will be in charge of successfully executing the end-to-end data migration from various local legacy ERP systems to the new ERP in accordance with the deployment strategy. Data Cleansing activities within the business functions (Support & Service, Industry, Procurement, Global Business, Engineering, Finance, Quality etc.) need to be monitored. You are also a key contributor to the EI Data Quality Journey to make sure that its data quality improvement plan is in line with the New ERP scope per release.

Fully integrated into the New ERP Program and plateau, you will act as the project leader for defining and executing data migration.

In that function, you will:

• (Validate and) execute the data migration strategy with all relevant stakeholders,
• Align with all internal business functions on the needs and efforts in terms of data cleansing,
• Support the data champions in defining the scope of data for the migration per S/4 release and the data cleansing,
• Monitor and review the progress and budget in the data cleansing activities by each Functions,
• Report on a regular basis to the New ERP program, but also to Function Steering Committees, about progress and alerts,
• Review and improve on a regular basis organization, governance, tools and means within each functions and in central for conducting the data cleansing,
• Setup the data migration factory in order to industrialize the migration process and to ensure that the targeted Go Live dates will be met,
• Manage System Integrator’s work package dedicated to data migration,
• Ensure that the project is delivering on time, on cost and on quality,
• Manage Risks and Opportunities related to the project,
• Communicate and on board on data cleansing and migration.

Desired skills and qualifications

• Bachelor or Master study in Information Technology or comparable  
• Experienced in complex IT projects

• Team player and relationship management (Program, System Integrator, IM, Business)
