Manager – Azure Developer 

 

Overview 

The Manager Azure Developer role is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting datadriven and automated business solutions using Microsoft Azure and the Power Platform. The role partners closely with business stakeholders to analyze analytical and operational requirements, translate them into logical data models, and deliver scalable analytics products that meet governance, quality, and security standards. 

The role focuses on creating actionable insights through dashboards and reports, automating business processes and data integrity checks, and enhancing user experience through workflows and virtual agents. It also involves collaborating with data governance teams to establish data quality controls and DevOps practices, ensuring compliance and reliability across solutions. In addition to solution development, the role provides ongoing application support, troubleshooting, and enduser training to drive adoption and continuous improvement. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Analyzing business analytical requirements and developing logical data models based on business requirements. 

  • Developing data analytics products and engaging with the Data governance team to define required data quality controls and DevOps process for data products. 

  • Analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for automation. 

  • Interacting with clients or stakeholders to understand their requirements and implement suitable solutions. 

  • Customizing, configuring, and testing applications to meet business needs. 

  • Creating data-driven dashboards and reports using Azure, Power BI for business insights. 

  • Building workflows, automating processes and data integrity checks using Power Automate. 

  • Developing virtual agents to answer questions, take actions, or interact with systems using Power Virtual Agents. 

  • Ensuring the security and compliance of applications and data. 

  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Power Platform applications. 

  • Providing support and training to end-users. 

Qualifications & Requirements: 

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 

  • Proven experience in developing with the Microsoft Power Platform. 

  • Strong knowledge of PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents. 

  • Good understanding of data modeling and database design. 

  • Experience with Microsoft Azure is preferred. 

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Familiarity with process mapping and flowcharting. 

  • Excellent project management, planning and organization skills and ability to work and deliver in changing environments while adhering to specified deadlines. 

Reporting Relationships 

The role reports into Senior Director, Tech & Innovation Technology

Pay Range:

United States of America: 124,600 USD - 148,200 USD

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.

Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:

15

Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
