We provide community-based health care services that are compassionate, dignified, and culturally appropriate, incorporating social determinants of health, with the goal of breaking down the physical and systemic barriers that our patients face.Summary of Position: BHCHP is seeking a visionary and collaborative IT Infrastructure Manager to help advance our mission through secure, resilient, and modern technology systems. Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, this role provides leadership in the planning, implementation, and support of BHCHP’s technology infrastructure. The Infrastructure Manager will guide the design of systems that are reliable, scalable, and secure—ensuring our clinical and operational teams can deliver exceptional care.This role requires a thoughtful balance of innovation, cybersecurity, operational reliability, and user-centered design in a healthcare environment where technology is essential to patient care.Key ResponsibilitiesInfrastructure Strategy & ArchitectureLead the planning, design, and continuous improvement of BHCHP’s IT infrastructure to ensure scalability, resilience, and operational efficiency.Evaluate and implement new technologies that support BHCHP’s operations, care delivery, and organizational growth.Establish and maintain standardized hardware, software, and system configurations across the organization.Cybersecurity & Risk ManagementEnsure infrastructure systems support compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare privacy and security standards.Partner with the CIO to strengthen cybersecurity posture, including network segmentation, endpoint protection, monitoring, and threat detection.Oversee infrastructure controls that protect sensitive patient and operational data.Systems & Network OperationsOversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of critical infrastructure systems, including:Enterprise networking and wireless infrastructureCloud platforms and virtualization environmentsIdentity and access management systemsUnified communications and VoIP systemsRemote access technologiesPhysical security and facility technology systemsEnsure reliable and secure connectivity across multiple clinical sites and remote workforce environments.Business Continuity & ResilienceMaintain robust backup and recovery systems and regularly evaluate their effectiveness.Lead infrastructure planning for disaster recovery and business continuity, ensuring critical systems remain available during disruptions.Conduct testing and improvement of recovery...
