You will strengthen our planning, reporting and business partnering capabilities as we continue to scale. You will help turn financial data into steering-relevant insights, take ownership of core reporting deliverables, and build the capacity for robust budgeting and performance management – in a business where timely, high-quality reporting is business-critical.How you’ll be hosting with heart:Reporting & Investor Relations SupportTake ownership of recurring management and investor reporting deliverables, ensuring they are accurate, insightful, and timelySupport monthly reporting cycles and help safeguard on-time delivery of reporting commitmentsPrepare and continuously improve board and investor/lender reporting packagesPlanning, Budgeting & AnalysisSupport the annual budgeting and forecasting process, contributing to the move towards a structured, bottom-up planning approachManage and analyze consolidated cash flow forecasts from a bottoms-up perspective, deepening understanding of actual performance and enabling informed liquidity planningBuild and maintain robust property-level and business-line analysis to enable better steering and decision-makingDevelop and maintain financial models, variance analyses and ad-hoc analyses for leadershipBusiness Partnering & Continuous ImprovementAct as an effective and collaborative finance business partner to relevant stakeholders across the organization, translating numbers into actionable insightWork closely with Finance Systems & Automation and the BI team to automate reporting and reduce reliance on manual spreadsheets and dashboardsContinuously challenge the status quo and take action to develop and ensure relevance, accuracy and scalability of FP&A deliverables and processesJob requirementsWhat you need to shoot for the stars:4+ years of experience in FP&A, controlling, transaction services, investment banking or a comparable analytical finance role, ideally in a fast-paced, scaling environmentStrong financial modelling and analytical skills, paired with attention to detail, process thinking and an ability to apply pragmatismSolid understanding of financial statements and key steering metricsHands-on experience with reporting, BI or EPM tools; comfort working with large data sets and a drive to automate manual workA structured, ownership-driven working style and the ability to operate independently and deliver reliablyStrong collaboration and communication skills across internal and external stakeholdersExcellent command of English (business fluent); German is a plusWe're designed to stay because: Hybrid Office Model: We offer a flexible and empowering work environment - you can choose to work 100% from our office or partially from home and the office.Visa & Language Support: We’ll support you during your visa process and with learning German on every language level after passing your probation period.Relocation Support: We'll financially support your move to Munich if you live further away than 300km from our office.Oneteam: We are #oneteam with a transparent company culture by staying up to date with each other through team stand-ups, regular All-Hands and suite events (Summer, Wiesn, Christmas).Growth and Development: We make sure that you keep growing - through constant feedback, peer reviews and exchanges with focus on your development.Limitless learning: We offer you the possibility to choose an external development format that will help you in reaching your full potential without any limits in budget.Workation: You have the chance to work twice per year for a duration of up to 4 weeks from a different country in the...
