A day in the life of a Senior Analyst, Global Assurance at VF is fast-paced, high-impact, and anything but ordinary.
In this role, you will report to the Senior Manager, AMER, driving audit and advisory projects across the region, bringing curiosity, insight, and a sharp eye for risk and opportunity. You will play a meaningful role as a change catalyst in delivering the AMER audit service plan while gaining broad exposure to the business, its operations, and the leaders who shape it.

- Drive audits and advisory projects that contribute to strengthening VF and provide confidence in VF’s processes and controls cover relevant risks.
- Own audit and review activities, guide workstreams, review team output, and help move projects efficiently from project selection to planning to fieldwork through report issuance.
- Deliver clear and well-supported workpapers that concisely capture the risk-based work performed by the team.
- Communicate clear, fact-based observations and practical recommendations through reports and presentations so stakeholders can quickly understand the key points and take action with confidence.
- Build strong relationships and deeply understand the business and operations across brands, regions and functions. This role will primarily support projects that support our activities based in the US, Mexico, Canada and Latin America.
- Contribute to our team’s journey exploring and adopting leading practices to increase the value that internal audit can deliver using AI-enabled tools and data-driven methods.

If you have 3-5 years of relevant experience, a strong foundation in business or analytics, and the ambition to build your career in assurance, audit, and risk, we would love to hear from you.
You will stand out in this role if you bring the following strengths:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- A desire to continuously learn and build capabilities through formal and informal learning, and professional certifications such as CPA, CIA, CFE, CISA and/or a desire to pursue is preferred.
- Experience in public accounting, corporate accounting or finance, supply chain, or a related environment is a plus
- Strong technology skills, including Excel, with Power BI experience preferred
- Curiosity about innovation and an interest in using AI to work smarter and drive better insights
- Strong sense of urgency, solid organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confidence to lead smaller workstreams or project teams and collaborate effectively across functions
- Strong presentation, verbal, and written skills

Hiring Range:
$64,000.00 USD - $80,000.00 USD annuallyIncentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
