The RoleAs Deployment Strategist at Linero, you will own the customer journey from initial scoping through go-live and beyond, with full responsibility for execution.Many of our customers operate at enormous scale, with global footprints spanning hundreds of sites and tens of thousands of employees. Deploying Linero means embedding into these environments: integrating across hundreds of systems and workflows, and aligning dozens of key stakeholders.You will lead this end-to-end, owning customer relationships and working closely with forward deployed engineers and internal teams, often on-site, to ensure deployments move with precision, speed, and care.This role requires technical fluency, strong operational judgment, and the ability to operate inside the world’s most complex organizations.What You'll OwnOwn the end-to-end customer journey: from initial scoping through deployment, go-live, and ongoing successServe as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers across the full lifecycleLead discovery and scoping sessions to understand technical environments, workflows, and requirementsDrive deployments forward by coordinating closely with engineering, product, and forward deployed engineersManage complex, concurrent rollouts across multiple enterprise customersIdentify and resolve blockers - technical, organizational, or otherwise - before they impact progressBuild and refine deployment playbooks, documentation, and processes that scale with the customer baseSurface product gaps, integration patterns, and customer feedback to engineering and product teamsBuild deep, trusted relationships with stakeholders across technical, legal, compliance, and executive functionsWhat We're Looking For4+ years of experience in implementation management, technical project management, solutions engineering, customer success, or management consulting, with meaningful exposure to enterprise software and complex client engagementsTechnical enough to engage credibly with engineering teams and understand integration complexity; you don't need to write code, but you need to understand what you're asking forExceptional project management skills; you can run multiple complex workstreams simultaneously without losing the thread on any of themOutstanding communication and relationship management skills; you are trusted by customers and internal teams alikeA deep appreciation for organizational dynamics — you navigate complex institutions with sensitivity and care, building trust across different stakeholdersFamiliarity with enterprise systems and integration environments is a strong plusA calm, solutions-oriented presence under pressure; enterprise deployments are rarely smooth and you make them feel that wayBased in New York City What We OfferCompetitive compensation commensurate with experienceEarly equity in a company with proven market demand and a clear growth trajectoryComprehensive benefits including health, dental, and visionA high-ownership, high-autonomy environment where your work has direct and visible impactA leading role in how Linero's product is transforming organizational practices at the most consequential enterprises in the worldEqual Opportunity & EligibilityLinero is an equal opportunity employer.
