As an Oracle Gen AI Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our business application consulting team, specializing in Oracle data and analytics. You will utilize Oracle's suite of tools to transform data into actionable insights, helping clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will leverage your skills to deliver quality results, guiding multidisciplinary teams through complex challenges and fostering collaboration across various stakeholders.

As a Senior Manager, you will serve as a strategic advisor, applying your professional acumen to align GenAI initiatives with business goals. You will lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence, all while interacting with clients at a strategic level to drive project success. Your ability to develop and sustain diverse and inclusive teams will contribute to the overall success of our firm.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be responsible for tasks such as data collection, cleansing, transformation, modeling, visualization, and analysis using Oracle tools. You will validate outcomes with clients, share alternative perspectives, and act on feedback to enhance project delivery and drive impactful solutions.

Responsibilities

- Leading the design and implementation of enterprise-grade Generative AI systems using Oracle tools
- Guiding multidisciplinary teams to deliver impactful solutions aligned with business objectives
- Innovating processes to enhance project delivery and operational efficiency
- Utilizing Oracle Analytics Cloud and Oracle Data Integrator for data collection, cleansing, and transformation
- Developing data models and visualizations to derive actionable insights
- Validating data security and compliance within analytics frameworks
- Analyzing complex data sets to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement
- Fostering collaboration across various teams and stakeholders to achieve strategic goals
- Staying updated on industry trends to inform strategic decisions and maintain relevance
- Coaching and mentoring teams to solve complex problems and drive results

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) certifications; cloud architecture certifications (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud); cloud data engineering certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP, or Databricks); Snowflake certifications
