Role responsibilities
Drive the technical architecture for complex full-stack initiatives and integrate agentic AI workflows into engineering and product systems. Set organization-wide engineering standards and mentor senior and mid-level engineers to raise the technical bar.
Requirements
Requires 12+ years of software engineering experience with expert proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks and backend languages. Must have a proven track record of architecting scalable distributed systems and hands-on experience with LLM-powered applications.
