Management Positions)Team lead of Kulim Real-Time-Dispatcher (RTD) software engineering teamYour RoleKey responsibilities in your new role Team lead of Kulim Real-Time-Dispatcher (RTD) software engineering team Development of dispatching and automation-use-cases using the AMAT RTD-framework Provide comprehensive support for the ongoing key digitalization projects for Kulim Frontend - e.g. one SAP, TPS @KLM or OMAHA rollout Close collaboration with the FE-wide RTD community and within cross-functional teams, including - Production, Engineering and Quality Drive for high level of standardization and re-use of solutions &methods in close interaction with the other Front end sites Coach team-members in daily work and ensure training and up-skilling Ensure sustaining and continuous improvement of the exiting solutions Central interface for the other RTD teams @ FE sitesYour ProfileQualifications and skills to help you succeed A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering,Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Production Logistics.Minimum of 10 years’ experience in manufacturing operations with at least 5 years in a leadership capacityProfessional experience in coding and programming, with a strong foundation in software development principles and practicesIdeally already some background / expertise with AMAT RTD-frameworkA strong interest in data structures and the development of automation solutions in front-end (FE) production environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex material flows on the shop floorSome initial work experience in FE production and related processes,including material handling systemExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment#WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.As a global leader in semiconductor solutions in power systems and IoT, Infineon enables game-changing solutions for green and efficient energy, clean and safe mobility, as well as smart and secure IoT.
