What You Will Do:

In this role, the Missile Base Depot and Diagnostic Test Equipment (DTE) Lead provides integrated depot‑level expertise across all Diagnostic Test Equipment operations and Missile Base Depot (MBD) refurbishment activities. The position serves as the on‑site subject matter expert overseeing DTE Training, DTE Maintenance, UUT Repair, logistics support for DTE and UUT spares, and depot‑level refurbishment of Patriot Shelters, Radars, Launchers, Major End Items (MEIs), and auxiliary equipment.

The Lead supports depot personnel in performing maintenance, diagnostics, teardown, repair, modification, and cleanup activities for both DTE and MBD systems. The position ensures that the DTE facility maintains proper climate‑controlled conditions as required by operating instructions and validates operational and maintenance capabilities needed to support ADMC demonstrations.

The Lead coordinates and oversees movement, accountability, and logistics for DTE and UUT assets, while also partnering with MBD personnel to plan, schedule, and execute SICO activities. Responsibilities include identifying required resources, supporting schedule development, monitoring personnel and worksite progress, and preparing and maintaining accurate and current status reports for the Patriot Shop Commander.

In this role, you will provide advanced depot‑level technical leadership by coaching peers, guiding diagnostic and refurbishment processes, and driving improvements that enhance efficiency, reliability, and overall depot performance.
