The General Manager leads all aspects of community operations for a 25+ unit Sunrise community. This role drives financial performance, resident satisfaction, team engagement and sales growth while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence. The General Manager creates a culture aligned with Sunrise values, delivering exceptional care and hospitality while maximizing occupancy and revenue. What You’ll Do: • Lead overall community operations including financial performance, quality care and compliance • Own Sales & Marketing strategy to drive occupancy, revenue growth and market position • Manage P&L, budgets, labor planning and expense controls • Recruit, hire, coach and develop high-performing leadership teams • Drive resident and family satisfaction, engagement and retention • Oversee regulatory compliance, risk management and quality assurance programs • Partner with Sales leadership to advance leads and strengthen referral networks • Lead change initiatives and promote a culture of accountability and trust • Build strong community partnerships and business development relationships What We’re Looking For: • Prior General Manager/Administrator leadership experience • Strong financial and sales acumen with P&L management expertise • Proven success leading large, multi-disciplinary teams • Knowledge of senior living regulations and operations • Excellent communication, decision-making and problem-solving skills • Passion for serving seniors and building thriving communities • Ability to work flexible hours as needed General Manager – Lead Community Operations and Team Success General Manager | Operations Leadership | Senior Living

Pay Range:

147,680.00 - 211,016.00
