This role supports data readiness for the OneRTX ERP transformation across the Operations & Supply Chain functional areas, specifically P2S and S2P. The individual will work closely with site-level data owners, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Operations, and the Collins data team to ensure accurate cleansing, mapping, validation, and migration of data into SAP S/4HANA. This position contributes directly to master data conversion, domain governance standards, and Go‑Live preparation.

What YOU will do:
Support cleansing of transactional data including purchase orders, production orders, and other P2S/S2P data objects.
Partner with site data owners to guide remediation and track completion of data cleansing tasks.
Assist in data mapping and transformation activities for S/4HANA migration.
Support data validation cycles and coordinate site-level validation activities.
Support SAP MDG processes for material master and vendor master data conversion.
Collaborate with Collins data teams and Mission Systems stakeholders to develop data governance standards for Operations & Supply Chain.
Participate in cutover activities including mock conversions, issue resolution, and Go‑Live support.
Drive consistent data quality and aligned practices across Mission Systems sites.
Qualifications YOU Must Have:
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience.
U.S. Citizen - U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
ERP/SAP functional expertise in P2S or S2P domains.
Strong data analysis and validation capabilities.
Ability to work with large datasets, identify errors, and drive remediation.
Effective communicator and collaborator across sites and functions.
Must be okay with 25% travel.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
