Associate Recruiter, Internal Hiring

The Associate Recruiter Internal Hiring is responsible for supporting recruiters and hiring managers in internal hires and contractor conversions. This role involves posting jobs internally managing the candidate process in Workday and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. The position requires building strong relationships with hiring managers recruiters and internal candidates while continuously improving the candidate experience. The Associate Recruiter will also be involved in additional project work as needed and must stay informed about regional and local employment laws to ensure compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Support recruiters and hiring managers by posting jobs internally and managing the candidate process in Workday.
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers recruiters and internal candidates.
• Develop strong team relationships across Talent Acquisition Operations and HR specialist functions.
• Provide reports and maintain data on daily activities.
• Support new-hire onboarding to ensure a smooth process.
• Stay informed about regional and local employment laws to ensure compliance.
• Participate in additional project work as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a fast-paced environment.
• 1-2 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition is recommended but not required.
• Proficiency in MS Office with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills highly regarded.
• Experience with Workday is recommended but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work with all levels of the organization including top-level management.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is zł71,400.00 - zł146,700.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
