You will onboard teams to the AI Gateway, configure model access, and support diverse use cases across varying technical levels. As part of your responsibilities, you will own tooling and processes that enable safe, compliant, and efficient GenAI use, while adapting and improving evaluation tooling for LLM applications using LangSmith. You will document operational procedures, respond to incidents, and ensure platform stability. Additionally, you will drive knowledge sharing through structured learning programmes and help standardise AI content across the organisation.Who you areA solid engineer with hands-on experience in Python and FastAPI, ideally in platform or infrastructure contexts.Experienced with AI and LLM systems, including evaluation frameworks and observability tooling.Familiar with Kubernetes and passionate about building reliable, scalable AI infrastructure.Eager to contribute to engineering culture and help move Klarna forward on the GenAI frontier.Awesome to haveExperience building or operating AI Gateways or similar ML infrastructure at scale.Familiarity with LangSmith or other LLM observability and evaluation platforms.Background in enablement, developer education, or internal platform evangelism.Prior experience shaping team practices or contributing to engineering culture at a fast-moving company.Please include a CV in EnglishCurious to learn more about Klarna and what it's like to work here?
