Responsibilities

- Assist team lead in new product development or system projects so as to achieve Business goal

- Drive delivery within an Agile framework, with end to end ownership on from defining requirement, collaborating with development team on technical design, and overseeing QA and user acceptance testing, as well as actual launch in production

- Work collaboratively and build relationships with internal stakeholders to elicit requirements to ensure the business objectives and product version is being delivered.

- Identify risk and track through to resolution.

- Responsible for leading the design of large user stories (EPICS) which are broken down into smaller stories/ product backlog, which is a prioritized features list for the product which is used by Agile Teams to develop technology solutions.

- Supervising a team of UAT testers, and ensure that UAT test plans and test cases are executed within the stipulated UAT schedule.

- Support post implementation tasks such as user training, production problem investigation, escalation and resolution

- To provide system solution advisory between business and technology

- To do end-to-end delivery of all CBG new initiatives – from business requirements, solution design, testing and live verification

- To ensure projects go live within approved timeline and budget

 

Job Requirement

- University Degree

- Working experience in Consumer Banking products specialized in digital

project delivery peferable

- Good understanding on the system applications and preferably with some technical

knowledge

- Good experience in managing system enhancement end-to-end and participated in difference milestones within project lifecycle such as business requirements development, test management and execution implementation etc Agile exposure is preferable

- Self-starter with business acumen, independent and able to rise challenges and meet deadline effectively

- Good interpersonal and communication skills with a positive working attitude and an avid team player

- Strong analytical problem solving skills.
