General Laborer Housekeeping - 3rd Shift

The General Labor position is responsible for the overall cleanliness of the warehouse floor. This position assists in the overall productivity of the facility by maintaining a clean and safe work environment for the warehouse technicians. The General Labor associate may perform housekeeping, repackaging, relabeling and other tasks to ensure product quality.

Schedule: 3rd Shift: Monday to Friday, 11:00 pm to 7:00 am

This position is also eligible for bonus based on performance and subject to the terms of the Company’s applicable plans.

Job duties include contact with other employees, operating heavy machinery, and access to proprietary information, raw materials, finished merchandise, and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Company’s staff, employees, and vendors.

• Housekeeping such as sweeping, cleaning, etc.
• Safely operate a sweeper, scrubber, and battery charger
• Receive in product, open boxes, sort products, repackage material and fill orders for end users
• Assembly of product packaging, pick and pack tasks or other similar warehouse/production job duties
• Review products and procedures to ensure quality
• Some jobs may involve bagging, hanging or boxing product
• Other jobs may involve emptying bags or boxes
• Some assignments involve palletizing, manifest and other shipping procedures
• Data entry skills may be required depending on assignment

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
   

Preferred Qualifications

• Have at least one (1) year experience working in a manufacturing or distribution facility
• Prior janitor or sweeper experience preferred but not required.
