As a Project Control Services Practitioner, a typical day involves managing and overseeing comprehensive project management tasks for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. This role requires coordinating various activities to ensure smooth execution within a globally distributed delivery framework. The practitioner actively monitors project progress, collaborates with multiple stakeholders, and ensures alignment with overall project objectives while adapting to dynamic project environments and timelines.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met effectively.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting to support project transparency and decision-making.
- Assist in identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to support project success.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Financial Processes.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and support project budgeting and forecasting.
- Experience in managing financial documentation and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams to align financial activities with project goals.
- Familiarity with financial reporting tools and software to enhance project control efficiency.
Additional Information:
