Title: Lead .NET Blazor Software Engineer (.NET 10)
Location: Remote in USA
We’re seeking a Lead .NET Blazor Software Engineer to help shape and deliver a modern iOS mobile experience built on a large-scale enterprise healthcare application. In this role, you will lead the development of a .NET 10 MAUI iOS wrapper app that consumes, reskins, and enhances an existing Blazor web application while integrating native iOS capabilities for a seamless user experience. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on technical leader who thrives at the intersection of Blazor, MAUI, iOS, and enterprise-grade delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead development of a .NET 10 MAUI app for iOS that wraps and extends an existing Blazor web application.
- Drive the reskinning and enhancement of the web experience to create a polished, native iOS look and feel.
- Integrate native iOS APIs and plugins such as Face ID, secure storage, push notifications, camera, and other platform capabilities.
- Provide technical leadership by setting engineering standards, reviewing code, and mentoring other engineers.
- Own or guide the technical direction of the solution, ensuring scalable, maintainable, and high-quality delivery.
- Manage the iOS build and release pipeline, including signing, TestFlight distribution, and App Store readiness.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders, product teams, and engineering partners to align technical execution with business goals.
- Support delivery in a healthcare-focused environment, with attention to quality, security, and user experience.
Qualifications
- Senior-level experience with Blazor, including current hands-on expertise with .NET 10.
- Hands-on experience with .NET MAUI, specifically focused on iOS development.
- Experience integrating native iOS APIs/plugins into MAUI applications.
- Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams or owning technical direction for complex software initiatives.
- Strong understanding of mobile application architecture, performance, and release management for iOS.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Piral (microfrontend) architecture.
- Android development experience.
- Background in healthcare or other regulated industries, including familiarity with HIPAA-aligned environments.
- Experience with App Store publishing, Xcode, Swift, and mobile CI/CD practices.
- Strong communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate across time zones.

- Onshore: US-based and authorized to work in the US.
- Nearshore: LATAM-based with strong English communication skills and at least 4 hours of overlap with US time zones.
The base salary for this position is $106,087 - $165,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays and paid learning days.
