Our Senior Consultants come with a wide variety of experience leveraging their technical expertise to help our clients enhance their EHR platform to improve care delivery, patient outcomes and profitability.As an Epic Professional Billing Consultant you will:  Assist client in IT ticket managementAssist client with working down helpdesk tickets for specific Epic application areaProvide production break/fix and maintenance support for designated applicationsParticipate in production monitoring, troubleshooting, and quality assuranceField customer inquiries and attend meetings remotely, as necessaryOptimization and upgrade support for given applications, as neededUpdate Client on project statusMay assist with other tasks as I needed and mutually agreed uponRequirements:Epic Professional Billing (PB) certification, additional Epic certifications a plusA minimum of 3 years’ experience implementing Epic systems in hospitals and health systemsWillingness and ability to travel when necessary, however, at times you are required to provide high-level services remotelyCurrent permanent U.S. Work authorization requiredThe estimated base hourly rate range for this job will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans, which include medical, dental and vision coverage, and other wellness programs.
