Develop high-performing teams that utilize continuous product discovery best practices, including frequent user research, to ensure products meet user needs and business goals. Clearly articulate a compelling vision for the product and demonstrate a deep understanding of customer problems
Advocate and implement customer-centric discovery practices, leading by example in problem-solving and learning. Drive critical thinking in product backlogs by evaluating desirability, viability, and feasibility, making trade-offs, and helping teams define MVPs and subsequent iterations
Develop high-performing teams that deliver using modern SDLC best practices and methodologies, ensuring a comprehensive roadmap and backlog across teams
Manage the delivery of all customer experience, design, go-to-market, and technology components, partnering with business leaders to secure necessary resources and manage the product/project budget to meet or exceed financial and timing goals
Inspire, guide, and motivate others to achieve common goals, successfully influencing stakeholders and navigating complex challenges and dependencies
Lead activities to share progress, direction, and feature demonstrations with leadership, using strong influence leadership skills to coordinate technology and design work for on-time delivery. Align product strategy with technical capabilities and constraints
Regularly conduct team retrospectives and drive resulting actions to continuously improve processes and outcomes
Collaborate effectively across engineering, design, and business functions to obtain and commit necessary associate resources at the appropriate time, level, and expertise to support the products
Craft logical business cases, understand financial impacts, and define and execute business and customer benefit OKRs. Use data to prioritize opportunities, demonstrate product value, and impact KPIs. Lead the team in deriving insights and driving the learning agenda through analysis and testing
Engage in personal development to enhance competencies in people leadership, strategy, and high-performance execution, while developing and leading high-performing teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience
- 8 years minimum related work experience
