We are looking for a Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity while developing high-performance teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across manufacturing operations.
  • Lead, supervise, and coordinate daily production activities to meet quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
  • Drive achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly production targets through effective planning and execution.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs (efficiency, yield, downtime, scrap, safety incidents) to drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead and develop high-performance teams, fostering accountability, engagement, and a strong safety culture.
  • Ensure proper resource allocation, staffing, and shift coverage.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain) to resolve issues and improve processes.

The Essentials – You Will Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Experience managing hourly personnel in manufacturing environments
  • Availability to work afternoon shift (4:30 PM – 1:30 AM)
  • Strong commitment to safety and compliance
  • Experience in electrical diagram reading
  • Conversational English proficiency (spoken)

The Preferred – You Might Also Have

  • Experience in production planning systems (PLAN)
  • Knowledge of SAP (routes, BOMs, standard times)
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (including macros)
