Sales Coordinator - Strategic Partnerships
A Day in the Life:
As part of the Strategic Partnerships team within the Sales organization, the Coordinator will serve as a highly organized operational partner supporting the Strategic Partnership team across team engagement, meeting and event logistics, reporting coordination, presentations, and day-to-day execution. This role helps create structure, clarity, and follow-through for a fast-moving team that works closely with senior leaders, cross-functional stakeholders, and external partners. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, service-minded, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities while anticipating needs, protecting sensitive information, and helping the team show up prepared and polished in partner and executive interactions.
This position starts at $45K, commensurate of experience.
What You’ll Do:
Support the preparation and refinement of partner-facing materials, including presentation decks, meeting agendas, briefing documents, recap notes, and executive-ready updates.
Organize and compile content for monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc sales and partnership reports, ensuring information is accurate, consistent, and actionable.
Manage logistics for partner events, tradeshows, conferences, sponsorship activations, site visits, and team meetings, including planning details, timelines, communications, and vendor coordination as needed.
Provide administrative support, including invoice tracking and other operational processes, while maintaining accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Maintain partner records, contact lists, reporting libraries, shared files, project trackers, and other tools that support team visibility and execution.
Serve as a liaison between internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders to facilitate timely follow-up, clear communication, and a high-quality partner experience.
Support onboarding activities, team coordination efforts, and special projects as business needs evolve, demonstrating flexibility and a solutions-oriented approach to changing priorities.
Handle confidential information, executive-facing materials, and partner-sensitive details with discretion, sound judgment, and professionalism.
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
1+ years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, communications, or a related field required.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required.
Flexibility and willingness to reprioritize work to meet evolving business needs, with the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create compelling presentations and narratives in PowerPoint, required.
Working knowledge of analytics, reporting, and data interpretation required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced PowerPoint capabilities, required.
Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across teams and functions, required.
Professional presence and confidence when partnering with senior leaders and external stakeholders required.
Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented, with the ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and work independently, required.
