Sales Coordinator - Strategic Partnerships

A Day in the Life:

As part of the Strategic Partnerships team within the Sales organization, the Coordinator will serve as a highly organized operational partner supporting the Strategic Partnership team across team engagement, meeting and event logistics, reporting coordination, presentations, and day-to-day execution. This role helps create structure, clarity, and follow-through for a fast-moving team that works closely with senior leaders, cross-functional stakeholders, and external partners. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, service-minded, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities while anticipating needs, protecting sensitive information, and helping the team show up prepared and polished in partner and executive interactions.

 This position starts at $45K, commensurate of experience. 

 

What You’ll Do:

 

  • Support the preparation and refinement of partner-facing materials, including presentation decks, meeting agendas, briefing documents, recap notes, and executive-ready updates. 

  • Organize and compile content for monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc sales and partnership reports, ensuring information is accurate, consistent, and actionable. 

  • Manage logistics for partner events, tradeshows, conferences, sponsorship activations, site visits, and team meetings, including planning details, timelines, communications, and vendor coordination as needed.

  • Provide administrative support, including invoice tracking and other operational processes, while maintaining accuracy and compliance with company policies. 

  • Maintain partner records, contact lists, reporting libraries, shared files, project trackers, and other tools that support team visibility and execution. 

  • Serve as a liaison between internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders to facilitate timely follow-up, clear communication, and a high-quality partner experience. 

  • Support onboarding activities, team coordination efforts, and special projects as business needs evolve, demonstrating flexibility and a solutions-oriented approach to changing priorities. 

  • Handle confidential information, executive-facing materials, and partner-sensitive details with discretion, sound judgment, and professionalism.

 

What We’re Looking For:

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. 

  • 1+ years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, communications, or a related field required. 

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required. 

  • Flexibility and willingness to reprioritize work to meet evolving business needs, with the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude required. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create compelling presentations and narratives in PowerPoint, required. 

  • Working knowledge of analytics, reporting, and data interpretation required. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced PowerPoint capabilities, required. 

  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across teams and functions, required. 

  • Professional presence and confidence when partnering with senior leaders and external stakeholders required. 

  • Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented, with the ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and work independently, required. 

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities and tight deadlines required.
