Mountain Custodial-On Mountain F&B - Full Time/Summer Seasonal - Canyons Resort - Park City, UT

PURPOSE/OBJECTIVE

Perform various custodial and/or housekeeping tasks around the resort.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide superior service to our customers (internal and external).  Follow The Resort’s etiquette guidelines.
• Perform regular custodial/housekeeping duties.
• Empty trash receptacles and pick up litter in and around facilities.
• Cleaning various facilities around the resort, this includes clean and stock bathrooms, floors, vacuum, sweep, dust, and mop.
• Follow established health and safety procedures for using cleaning chemicals, etc.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
• Align furniture, pictures and furnishings.
• Wash windows, wall, tables, and the like.
• Perform some routine inspection and maintenance of electrical, heating and ventilating equipment

WORKING RELATIONSHIP

• Reports to Director of Housekeeping
• Supervised by Housekeeping Custodial Supervisor
• Receives moderate direction from various managers throughout the resort. 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to bend, lift and carry heavy objects.
• Ability to work inclement weather at times.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School education or equivalent desirable.
• Previous housekeeping/custodial experience preferred.
• Good knowledge and skills in housekeeping and custodial work, including applicable safety procedures.
• Ability to perform all job duties.
• Prefer the ability to ski or snowboard on level blue runs.
