SUMMARY

The Team Member Experience and Engagement Specialist supports the execution of US Renal Care's enterprise team member listening and engagement strategy. Reporting to the Director of Culture - Engagement, this role is responsible for supporting the administration of Qualtrics Team Member Experience, including engagement surveys, pulse surveys, lifecycle surveys, and other team member listening initiatives.

The Specialist supports survey implementation, data analysis, reporting, communications, and action planning to help translate team member feedback into meaningful improvements across the organization. This role partners with Human Resources, Operations, Communications, Learning - Development, and other stakeholders to support initiatives that strengthen team member engagement, organizational culture, and the overall team member experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties and tasks may be assigned.

  • Support the execution of USRC's enterprise team member listening strategy, including engagement, pulse, lifecycle, and targeted team member surveys.
  • Support the day-to-day administration and maintenance of the Qualtrics Team Member Experience platform.
  • Coordinate survey setup, testing, launches, organizational hierarchies, participation tracking, reporting, and survey closeout activities.
  • Develop and maintain Qualtrics dashboards, reports, and other resources that enable leaders to understand team member feedback and engagement trends.
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative team member feedback to identify trends, themes, and areas of opportunity.
  • Support the development of executive presentations, reports, and communications that summarize team member listening insights.
  • Coordinate team member listening communications and campaigns in partnership with HR and Communications to drive awareness and participation.
  • Support HR Business Partners and leaders with survey results, action-planning tools, resources, and ongoing progress tracking.
  • Maintain enterprise action-planning documentation and reporting to help measure organizational follow-through on team member feedback.
  • Support culture and engagement initiatives informed by team member listening data and organizational priorities.
  • Track key metrics related to survey participation, engagement, team member sentiment, and action-plan progress.
  • Research emerging trends and best practices in team member listening, culture, engagement, and team member experience.
  • Provide project coordination and administrative support for enterprise culture and engagement initiatives.
