Identity is the primary attack surface in the enterprise, and AI agents are now part of the workforce.
NewCore is building the identity platform that manages and governs both human and agent identities. The product is as new as the problem: there is no established design language for an agentic identity experience, so we are defining it.
We’re looking for a senior product designer to own that, across two very different surfaces. On the admin side, that means designing how administrators see, understand, and control thousands of identities, human and non-human. On the end-user side, it means the everyday moments where people authenticate, approve, and delegate to agents, where friction is felt by everyone and the interaction has to be nearly invisible. Both need patterns that don’t exist yet.

Responsibilities
- Own the design of both the admin and end-user experience, across web and mobile.
- Define the interaction patterns for agentic behavior in the product.
- Build and own NewCore's design system as the product grows.
- Take features from problem framing through flows, prototypes, and production.
- Work directly with product and engineering to ship what you design.*
- Requirements
6+ years in B2B SaaS with deep UX craft: structuring dense, complex information so the right action becomes obvious, and stripping end-user flows down to almost nothing. - Excellent visual design. Typography, hierarchy, and detail at a level that makes a security product feel modern and considered, not utilitarian.
- Expert in Figma, and using AI-native design tools like Claude Design to explore and iterate faster than a traditional design process allows.
- You’ve designed a product with real agentic functionality: agents acting, requesting approval, operating with autonomy. Solved these problems, not read about them.
- Evidence you invent rather than adapt. Show us patterns you created because nothing existed to copy.
- Range across multi product surfaces, including mobile.
- Full ownership: problem framing, flows, prototypes, production-ready Figma, and seeing implementation through with engineers.
- Cybersecurity or identity products
