From reviews and ratings to photos and tips, you’ll enable millions of users to share their experiences and, in turn, help others make confident, trustworthy travel decisions. Together with product managers, designers, data scientists, and fellow engineers, you’ll deliver scalable, AI-driven solutions that surface the most relevant insights - making UGC more meaningful, accessible, and impactful than ever before.Your TasksBuild fullstack systems that collect, process, and display UGC at scaleDevelop reliable backend services and APIs for reviews, photos, and ratingsCreate intuitive, responsive interfaces that encourage traveler contributionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the traveler journeyUse data and feedback to refine ranking, personalization, and recommendationsWhat you bring Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience2 - 3 years of professional experience in software engineeringFamiliarity with JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js for both frontend and backend developmentExperience or exposure to writing automated tests for frontend and backend applicationsUnderstanding of CI/CD tools and workflowsBasic knowledge of databases (SQL, NoSQL, or key-value stores)Experience with additional programming languages such as Python, Go, Scala, or PHP is a plusOur “All Inclusive Package” for you Workation & Flexibility 20 days of workation within the EU – work where others go on vacation 60/40 hybrid model: two office days for collaboration & team spirit, three days remoteFlexible working hours – early bird or night owl?
