Job Responsibilities include:

  • Provide clinical leadership and oversight to ensure residents receive high-quality, compassionate care in compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations.
  • Supervise, coach, and support nursing staff while ensuring appropriate staffing levels, training, and performance management.
  • Conduct resident assessments, monitor changes in condition, and collaborate with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
  • Oversee regulatory compliance, infection prevention, quality assurance initiatives, and survey readiness activities.
  • Investigate and address resident concerns, incidents, medication errors, and other clinical issues while implementing corrective actions to improve outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with an active RN license in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification or ability to obtain certification upon hire.
