Senior Director Supply Chain and Procurement EMEA

Your role

• Define and execute EMEA supply chain and procurement strategy 

• Deliver cost reduction and value optimisation targets 

• Lead sourcing activities, RFPs, contract negotiations, and supplier consolidation 

• Establish and enforce supplier KPIs, SLAs, and governance frameworks 

• Ensure procurement alignment with operational priorities and uptime requirements 

• Own supply chain risk management and resilience strategies 

• Standardise procurement processes, controls, and contract governance 

• Build and lead a scalable, high-performing procurement organisation 

• Lead procurement transformation and continuous improvement initiatives 

• Participate in regional and global leadership forums 

• Support strategic operational initiatives 

• Act as EMEA representative in global supply chain programme 

What you’ll need

• • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 

• • Extensive senior-level procurement or supply chain leadership experience 

• • MCIPS, Chartered Procurement and Supply Professional; or equivalent accreditation

  • • Senior leadership experience in supply chain or procurement at scale 

  • • Strong commercial and contract management capability 

  • • Experience supporting critical infrastructure or industrial operations 

  • • Proven delivery of cost savings and transformation initiatives
