Role Overview
The organization is seeking an experienced Actimize ActOne Engineer to contribute to the design, development, and implementation of Actimize solutions. This role involves working across the full software development lifecycle and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Nice Actimize (ActOne platform)
- Work extensively with Java and SQL for application development and data handling
- Participate in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including:
- Business requirements analysis
- Data analysis and data modeling
- Development, testing, and deployment
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Ensure quality, scalability, and performance of applications
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Actimize ActOne platform
- Strong proficiency in Java and SQL
- Understanding of data architecture, modeling, and analysis
- Experience working across end-to-end SDLC phases
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration abilities
- Professional and proactive approach to problem-solving
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in financial crime, risk, or compliance solutions (Actimize domain is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
