Sr Digital Product Manager- Tools
About the Role
We're looking for a product manager to lead the ongoing evolution of AI Use Case Insights, one of Gartner's most widely used tools. The role focuses on helping clients discover, evaluate, and act on practical AI opportunities by delivering clear insights and intuitive workflows. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the product experience, expand its capabilities, and ensure it continues to meet the needs of executives, strategy leaders, and technology decision makers.
What You Will Do
- Lead the day-to-day execution of the product roadmap, translating business needs and user feedback into clear requirements and user stories.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Research, Product Marketing, and Product Operations teams to deliver high-quality product enhancements.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, balancing short-term improvements with longer-term strategic investments.
- Work directly with clients and internal stakeholders to understand AI adoption challenges and identify opportunities to improve product experience.
- Use product usage data, experimentation results, and customer feedback to guide prioritization and product decisions.
- Support the development and launch of new AI-related workflows, insights, and recommendation experiences.
- Collaborate with research and content teams to ensure the product reflects evolving AI market trends and client needs.
- Track adoption, engagement, and business outcomes, and communicate results to stakeholders.
- Contribute towards product planning activities and help shape the future direction of the AI Use Case Insights platform.
What You Will Need
- At least 8 years of experience in digital product management, product strategy, analytics, or a related discipline.
- Experience delivering customer-facing software products in partnership with engineering and design teams.
- A strong interest in artificial intelligence, emerging technologies, and enterprise software experiences.
- Comfort working with data to identify trends, measure outcomes, and support decision making.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across functions and geographies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex concepts into simple and intuitive user experiences.
- Experience gathering customer feedback and incorporating insights into product decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Education and Additional Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience working on AI, analytics, insights, search, recommendation, or decision-support products is preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile product development practices.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
