Trusted Mission Processing (TMP) provides embedded processing solutions for rugged real-time applications. The Whole Life Engineering (WLE) team is made up of several disciplines whose main objective is to influence hardware and systems early in their life cycle to ensure effective operation, reliability, maintainability, testability, and economical ownership by the customer and end user. We are currently seeking a Senior Analyst to be part of the WLE team and serve as the Item Manager for the Joint Strike Fighter Depot repair program in McKinney, TX.
As the Item Manager (Engineering Services), you’ll work alongside a cross-functional team to support repair contracts on avionic modules. Your role will involve tracking repairs, ensuring completion, and returning items to customers in accordance with contract parameters. You’ll thrive in a dynamic environment, coordinating with repair performers, project leads, program managers, and other cross-functional teams such as operations, supply chain, and finance to ensure accurate reporting to the customer.
This position is onsite and located in McKinney, TX.
What You Will Do
You will be the lead coordinator providing detailed depot repair status of customer returned material.
You will work closely with external customers, program management, operations, production control, quality, and engineering teams to achieve successful program results.
Support the Integrated Product Team Lead by directing asset repair and return activities, while providing logistical oversight across cross-functional areas.
Track assets through the repair process and prepare correspondence/reports for internal and external collaboration and approval.
Monitor expenditures and schedules for repairs.
Partner in developing long-term repair and return strategies in alignment with technical requirements and customer needs.
Assess repair process trends and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce turnaround times.
Track, manage, and report repair status and budgets, while contributing to estimates at complete (EAC). Provide data for monthly contract deliverables and participate in program reviews and customer meetings.
Support proposal efforts by developing bases of estimates. Contribute to risk and opportunity management.
Mentor and develop team members to foster growth and knowledge-sharing.
Utilize organization and attention-to-detail skills.
Initiate problem-solving abilities to create efficient solutions.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics(STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
Experience with logistics support, depot repair facilities and related processes and/or manufacturing.
Experiencee working with multiple databases and provide enhancement inputs to database development team.
Experience interacting with internal and external customers.
Qualifications We Prefer
Working knowledge of Exostar, PDM, and ICMS.
Knowledge of repair cycle programs.
Understanding of assigning GFM (Government Furnished Material) hardware to contract or purchase orders.
Ability to read and interpret contract and purchase order requirements.
Strong attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment with self-initiative.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge and application of logistics principles.
Understanding of government acquisition processes, DoD statutes, and DoD/DFAR regulations. Experience developing and routing DD250 and DD1149 forms.
Experience in program planning, budgeting, and tracking (EVMS) to meet cost and schedule objectives.
Proficiency in analyzing large datasets to identify trends, with intermediate skills in MS Office products, particularly MS Excel.
Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
