IT Intern (Hybrid)
This internship will provide hands-on experience in end-user support, device management, and IT documentation. The intern will work closely with the IT team to support smooth day-to-day operations. Job Responsibilities: · Assist with setting up and configuring new company laptops and devices for employees (including imaging, software installation, basic troubleshooting). · Provide support for low to medium level IT service desk tickets, involving hardware, software, and basic network issues. · Help maintain and update the company’s inventory sheet for laptops, devices, and other IT assets. · Review and update IT and cloud-related documentation in Confluence to ensure accuracy and organization. · Support general IT administrative tasks and assist with ongoing improvements to IT processes as needed. Job Qualifications: · Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or other related courses. · Preferably enrolled in an IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or other technology-related program. · Must be enrolled in an internship program required by the school or university. · Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software installation, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and networking concepts. · Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications and basic troubleshooting techniques is an advantage. · Knowledge of IT documentation tools such as Confluence or similar platforms is a plus. · Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail. · Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset. · Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. · Willing to learn new technologies and adapt to a fast-paced work environment. · Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
