Sr SQA (AI-Augmented)

Position: Onsite Timing: 9pm to 6am (Night Shift) Location: Building # 4, Street # 8, Habibullah Colony, Mandian Abbottabad Position Summary: We are seeking a Product Quality Assurance Specialist (SaaS) to join our IT team. In this role, you will ensure the highest standards of quality across our SaaS product by conducting functionality testing, validating data integrity, and maintaining system reliability. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data teams to deliver a seamless user experience while ensuring data accuracy and security. Technical Expertise: o 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance for SaaS applications. o Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies. o Experience with SQL, data validation, and API testing. o Familiarity with testing tools like Selenium, Postman, JMeter, or similar. AI-Augmented Quality Assurance: Experience using AI-powered testing tools to generate, maintain, or optimize test cases (e.g., AI-assisted test case generation, self-healing test scripts, visual regression tools with AI-based UI comparison). Familiarity with testing AI/ML-driven product features — validating model outputs for accuracy, consistency, and edge-case behavior (e.g., testing recommendation engines, chatbots, or LLM-integrated features within the SaaS product). Understanding of how to evaluate AI-generated content or predictions for bias, hallucination, and reliability before release. Ability to use AI coding/testing assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar) to accelerate test script writing, bug triage, and documentation. Experience incorporating AI-based anomaly detection into data validation and monitoring workflows to catch data quality issues earlier. Business Process Understanding: o Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Agile development workflows. o Experience with cloud-based platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. Data Management Skills: o Ability to validate data integrity, consistency, and accuracy. o Experience verifying data pipelines, transformations, and reports. Testing and Troubleshooting: o Proficiency in conducting functional, regression, performance, and security testing. o Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve bugs. Compliance Knowledge: o Familiarity with data privacy and security compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, SOC 2). Collaboration and Communication: o Excellent communication and documentation skills. o Ability to work closely with product managers, engineers, and data teams. Attention to Detail: o Keen attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and system reliability. Automation Skills: o Experience automating testing processes using QA tools and frameworks.
