Lead Talent Partner, Executive Search

Adobe is seeking a Lead Talent Partner to lead highly visible, high-impact, and strategically critical executive and senior leadership hiring across Worldwide Field Operations (WWFO) Adobe’s global GoToMarket engine.
WWFO brings together Enterprise Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Solutions Consulting, Marketing, and Revenue Operations, operating as an interconnected system responsible for driving revenue, customer outcomes, retention, and long-term growth. The field runs with urgency and accountability, shaped by in-quarter pressure, customer commitments, and aggressive growth goals. Leadership hiring decisions within WWFO have immediate and far-reaching impact—affecting pipeline health, customer experience, field morale, and business momentum.
This role is designed for a trusted advisor who deeply understands how the Enterprise Field Engine operates, how GTM functions interlock, how decisions made under pressure ripple across the field, and how the right leadership talent enables performance at scale. The ideal candidate brings a genuine love of the field, an instinctive grasp of enterprise GTM motions, and the credibility to partner with senior leaders operating under intense timelines and expectations.
The Lead Talent Partner must excel at balancing speed with judgment—moving with urgency when the business demands it, while also having the confidence to slow the process, push back when needed, and protect hiring quality, diversity, and long-term success. This is about ensuring Adobe makes the right hire, not just the fastest one.
This role combines strategy, execution, and influence. You will personally lead complex executive searches, deliver actionable talent intelligence, and represent Adobe with exceptional discretion, judgment, and professionalism.

Navigate time-sensitive, high-pressure hiring scenarios with calm, strategic decision-making
Confidently push back when needed, slowing the process to ensure quality, diversity, and long-term success, while maintaining credibility with leaders who are operating at speed
Influence and advise senior leadership
Serve as a trusted advisor to Enterprise GTM executives, setting expectations, shaping hiring strategies, and advising on tradeoffs between speed, scope, and talent quality
Represent Talent Acquisition with authority in executive forums, influencing outcomes through insight rather than process
Provide actionable talent intelligence
Deliver real-time insights on talent markets, competitor hiring strategies, compensation structures, role design, and talent availability across geographies
Help leaders make forward-looking decisions that align talent strategy with revenue growth and long-term business priorities
Build and sustain strategic pipelines
Develop proactive talent pipelines leadership roles
Proactively anticipate and consult business leaders on future talent needs tied to growth plans, market expansion, and organizational evolution
