Halluminate is an applied AI and data company working with frontier Labs to train Financial Services Super Intelligence. We do this by building high quality computer and tool-use RL (Reinforcement Learning) gyms to train AI agents that do work across financial services verticals (ex. excel modeling, powerpoint creation and more in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Hedge Funds, etc.) and broader knowledge work (consulting, insurance, etc).

 

The company graduated from YCombinator (S25) and is scaling the team.

  

📋 Role Description:

 

Halluminate is looking to hire a Chief of Staff to own strategic initiatives, set up operational systems, and drive horizontal priorities amongst the team.

 

The responsibilities of this role include:

 

• Owning important and urgent initiatives for highest-priority company problems across multiple domains

• Building internal products/systems to scale operational practice, leveraging coding agents and other software building skills

• Coordinating important projects and initiatives on behalf of leadership team with different stakeholders within the company

• Creating communication decks/slides, collecting context and driving progress on ambiguous work streams

• Help scale company through HR/Ops from ~10 people to 25+ in the next few months.

Compensation

Base: $160k - $210k

Equity: 0.15 - .30 %
