About Transmission
You'll build brand and communications strategy for some of the world's biggest technology brands — at the world's largest independent global B2B marketing agency. The work you do here ships to global markets.
Don't just take our word for it: we're Adweek's B2B Agency of the Year, the ANA B2 Awards' Large Agency of the Year, a Top 10 B2B Marcomms Agency, and a LinkedIn Marketing Partner Award winner for Inspiring Excellence.
We're growing fast across APJ — and this role is part of how we build our strategy capability in India. That means real ownership, senior client exposure, and visibility with global leadership from day one.
The Role
You'll lead brand and communications strategy for marquee B2B clients — from interrogating the brief to presenting the answer in the room. This is a role for someone who treats research as investigation, not decoration: you form hypotheses, challenge assumptions, and build strategies that hold up under a CMO's scrutiny.
You'll work directly with global strategy leads, own client relationships at a senior level, and mentor junior strategists as the India team grows.
What You'll Own
- Brand & creative strategy: Lead the development of brand strategies, value propositions, and creative briefs that resonate with B2B audiences and stand up to client objectives, and market realities.
- Interrogating the brief:Ask questions and challenge assumptions before reaching for data. Form hypotheses, structure the investigation, then find the evidence through market research, audience profiling, and competitive analysis.
- Communications strategy: Design multi-channel communication strategies that carry the client's message coherently across every touchpoint.
- The room: Present strategy confidently to senior clients and internal stakeholders, and co-design and facilitate workshops that shape positioning and messaging frameworks.
- Impact, measured: Define KPIs, measure what's working, and turn performance data into sharper recommendations.
- Raising the bar: Spot client needs before they're voiced, recommend solutions beyond the traditional playbook, contribute to our thought leadership, and help junior strategists become great ones.
