Job Description

Inviting applications for the role of Process developer - Deductions and Disputes Order to Cash Responsible and accountable for handling the transactional flow of end-to-end trade activities. Responsible for the validation and execution of validating researching and analyzing claims and deductions accounts receivable. Responsible for performing all necessary work and tasks to ensure administrative goals and metrics are met. Works closely with the Team lead to deliver outstanding results for our clients This is a 100% work from office role. Candidate should be comfortable to work in all shifts. Responsibilities: - Process the knowledge transfer for dispute management from client - Research disputes to further validate them as valid or invalid - Raise credit for valid disputes and ensure payment for invalid disputes - Disputes and deductions - Meet the client agreed TAT and other process metrics - Manage Claims and Accounts Receivables. - Able to address any potential order/deduction/contract issues - Provide timely communication with clients and customers - Participate in client/customer conference calls as scheduled - Communicate regularly with management advising any critical issues or opportunities. - Provide reports to clients/customers as needed
