In this role, you will support key HR functions across talent acquisition, HR operations, onboarding, employee engagement, and employee support. You will work closely with hiring managers and employees to ensure a seamless people experience while contributing to the growth of the organization.If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, thrive on ownership, and are passionate about building great employee and candidate experiences, we would love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities: -Talent Acquisition- Manage end-to-end recruitment for internship and full-time roles across different functions.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and other hiring channels.
- Screen applications, coordinate interviews, and ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Maintain recruitment data and hiring trackers.
- Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires.
- Ensure all pre-joining and joining formalities are completed accurately and on time.
- Deliver a seamless onboarding experience while familiarizing new employees with company policies, processes, and culture.
- Maintain accurate employee records, documentation, employment agreements, and human resources databases.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee data through the Human Resources Management System.
- Assist with payroll inputs and ensure smooth day-to-day human resources operations.
- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and company events.
- Coordinate logistics for both virtual and in-office activities.
- Contribute ideas and initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and company culture.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries related to policies, attendance, leave, documentation, and human resources processes.
- Ensure timely resolution of employee concerns while maintaining confidentiality.
- Provide guidance and support throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience in talent acquisition and human resources operations.
- Familiarity with any HRMS.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Exposure to the complete employee lifecycle in a high-growth startup.
