What you’ll do:

The incumbent will act as HR Business Partner for specific veriticals within Finance Function. In the HRBP role the incumbent will be primarily responsible for seamless execution and effectiveness of all key HR processes across end to end employee life cycle like talent assessment,assimilation, capability building,talent retention, stakeholder relationship management,employee and leadership connect.

  • Act as a Business Partner for the assigned business /vertical to effectively implement and communicate Key HR Policies and processes to business stakeholders,employees & support business leadership team and stakeholders to enhance employee engagement and drive culture transformation.
  • Assist and drive end-to-end employee lifecycle activites including onboarding, documentation, employee data updates and policy related questions
  • Support and assist in execution of Talent retention initiatives through progressive HR practices and internal/external benchmarking.
  • Help in HR data management, ensuring accuracy and cmpleteness and workforce information in system.
  • Corodinate with other HR functions to implement various HR programs
  • Works closely with corporate CoE teams to implement regional / global talent management programs.
  • Ensures accuracy and completeness of workforce information in human resources information systems.
  • Supports in ongoing Leadership communication on key HR Insignts and interventions
  • Partners and collaborates with other HRBP's in Finance HR team to consistently implement Talent management, performance management and organizational effectiveness interventions aligned to business needs and HR Strategy.
  • Closely works with TAC, HRS, TMOE team to implement best practices,share key learnings from projects
  • Consistently drive and deploy Eaton’s performance management system, reinforcement of annual goal setting/Development planning process, talent assessment /review process , continuous feedback culture and annual performance calibration.

Qualifications:

Requirement:

  • A master's degree in Human Resources Management, or a related discipline from Tier I / II management institute
  • 6-10 years of HR business partnering experience with global organization, Experience in managing a global team and process is a key for this role
