Argentina · Brazil · Colombia · Uruguay · Chile · Mexico · El SalvadorFull-TimePosted Aug 6, 2026

Are you a driven professional with a passion for innovation in the logistics technology space? Do you thrive in a dynamic, forward-thinking environment where your contributions directly impact the future of delivery logistics?

CXT Software provides the technology backbone for delivery processes, empowering courier, route delivery, and healthcare companies to maximize operational potential. Our solutions streamline business functions, freeing time and resources for exceptional service delivery. Every day, we help countless businesses optimize their delivery operations and drive success.

We're looking for a Mobile Automation Engineer who is passionate about quality and eager to grow their automation career, testing native iOS and Android applications. You'll take ownership of the test suites behind our driver app, working across Playwright, BrowserStack, and GitHub Actions. You'll play a key role as the app goes through an upcoming full overhaul, diagnosing flaky tests, telling the difference between an engineering issue and a test-execution issue, and keeping the automation suite fast and reliable through parallelization.

If you are highly motivated, passionate about technology, and eager to contribute to a company that's making a real difference, this is the place for you!

Responsibilities

*Write, maintain, and rewrite Playwright test suites for the iOS and Android driver app, including through the upcoming full app overhaul.

*Execute structured test plans, including manual regression testing, to validate release quality before and during automation buildout.

*Diagnose and resolve flaky tests, distinguishing test-execution issues from real engineering defects.

*Run and maintain parallelized test suites via BrowserStack and GitHub Actions, to keep execution times efficient.

*Report results in TestRail.

*Review existing manual tests before moving coverage into automation.

*Learn how interconnected systems work (driver accounts, order settings, device conditions) well enough to design regression coverage for real-world variability.

*Collaborate with developers, product managers, and leadership to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.

*Identify, document, and track software defects using issue tracking tools.

*Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of the QA process.

*Explore and implement AI-powered testing tools to enhance automation efficiency and accuracy.

*Analyze test results and provide clear, actionable feedback to the development team.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in QA/test automation; equivalent hands-on experience accepted in place of a degree (a bachelor's degree is not required).

Hands-on experience testing native mobile applications on iOS and Android.

Experience with Playwright.

Experience with TestFlight.

Experience with TestRail platform.

Experience running parallelized test suites.

Strong ability to troubleshoot flaky tests and distinguish engineering issues from test-execution issues.

Ability to quickly learn how interconnected systems function (accounts, permissions, order settings, device conditions) to design thorough test coverage.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Ability to overlap with the team's morning ET sync meeting.

Nice to have

*Experience with Python, Java, or other programming languages.

*Previous experience with mobile apps and with AI-powered automation tools.

*Experience with manual testing prior to automation.

*Experience with APIs and SQL.

*Familiarity with Angular (helps with understanding how the app functions, not required to write the tests).

Benefits
