What you’ll do:

The Business Planning Analyst will play a crucial role in driving the business forward by analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting the ongoing optimization of CRM and planning tools to monitor pipelines. This role does not involve direct sales targets but focuses on strategic analysis and operational support to enhance business development efforts.

Commercial Governance 1\. Own Salesforce data governance and pipeline visibility across all EA regions 2\. Drive data quality, adoption and usage discipline across commercial teams 3\. Lead and facilitate regular pipeline review calls with country sales and product teams 4\. Drive discussions on deal progression, pipeline quality and forecast accuracy 5\. Highlight risks, challenge assumptions and ensure follow-up actions 6\. Coordinate regional planning and forecasting cycles 7\. Act as a central coordination point for regional planning and reporting cadence, driving consistency and data transparency across teams

Business Intelligence, Reporting & Executive communication 1\. Assist in gathering and analyzing market and competitor data to provide basic insights 2\. Own regional performance reportings (monthly/ quarterly/ ad-hoc) and consolidate multi-country data 3\. Identify risks and gaps to highlight to stakeholders for follow-up actions 4\. Prepare high-quality presentations and dashboard for senior management 5\. Provide support for M&A projects as needed.

Process Improvement & Digital Enablement 1\. Drive continuous improvement in planning and reporting 2\. Support enhancement of digital tools (eg. Salesforce)

Committed & Reponsible for Quality Management System 1\. Implement the process approach and risk-based thinking 2\. Provide the necessary support to fully implement and sustain the QMS 3\. Communicating to the organization the importance of conforming to QMS requirements 4\. Ensuring the QMS meets its goals 5\. Engage, direct, and support individuals contributing to the QMS 6\. Create a culture of continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, or a related field. • Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience, preferably in business analysis, business planning, or management consulting. • Strong analytical skills and business acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights and recommendations. • Proven problem-solving skills with a data-driven and results-oriented mindset. • Experience driving data discipline, governance, and consistency across commercial teams. • High attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines. • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, align, and collaborate across organizational boundaries and lead cross-functional initiatives. • Excellent communication, presentation, writing, listening, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex data and insights to diverse audiences,.
