We are currently looking for a People Operations Student for our headquarters in Copenhagen. Work is primarily on-site, with flexibility to balance your schedule alongside your university studies.

What will your day look like?

In this role, you will help keep our People processes running smoothly and contribute to improvement initiatives across our global People Experience team and the end-to-end employee journey.

Furthermore, your tasks include:

  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding coordination, acting as a welcoming point of contact and handling daily employee inquiries in collaboration with our People Operations and People Partner teams.
  • Maintaining high data quality within our HR Information Systems (HRIS) and preparing People-related documents, letters, contracts, and reports.
  • Supporting day-to-day People Operations administration (e.g., managing interactions with municipalities, insurance providers, employee benefits, SIRI/visa applications, etc.).
  • Assisting with longer-term People Experience projects (e.g., planning, stakeholder follow-ups, meeting coordination, documentation, and tracking timelines).
  • Gathering and structuring HR data to support People Partners with actionable reporting and project insights.
  • Providing energetic ad-hoc administrative support as needed across the broader People Experience capability.

Who are you going to work with?

You will become part of our global People Experience team of around 20 talented colleagues. While our headquarters are in Copenhagen, our People team is distributed across EMEA and the Americas, supporting a highly international organization with colleagues from over 55+ nationalities. As our business continues to grow, our ways of working and People processes evolve alongside it, so you can expect plenty of variety and opportunities to learn!

You’ll work closely with People Operations on day-to-day employee lifecycle activities while also supporting project-based development work across the broader department. Beside People Operations, our People Experience capability includes People Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Events, and Talent Development. We’re a highly social team that enjoys grabbing breakfast together, sharing ideas, and staying for after-work get-togethers!

What do you bring to the table?

You genuinely enjoy administrative coordination, take pride in doing things accurately, and can manage multiple priorities seamlessly in a dynamic environment. You bring a structured, proactive approach and feel completely comfortable handling confidential employee information with total discretion.

In addition, you:

  • Are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration (People/HR focus), Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate a clear interest in HR administration, creating scalable People processes, and ensuring an outstanding employee experience.
  • Possess strong organizational skills, excellent time management, and high attention to detail.
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Danish skills are a plus, but not mandatory).
  • Are proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with an eagerness to learn new People systems and HRIS tools quickly.
  • Bring a self-starter mindset, a proactive attitude, and the drive to take initiative and follow tasks through to completion.
  • Have the availability to work 15–20 hours per week alongside your studies.
