The Opportunity

Keyloop is in the middle of an AI-enabled transformation, driven by the AI Empowered Programme — a board-mandated effort to lift AI maturity across our ~80 Product & Engineering teams. Two capabilities sit at the heart of it: Keystone, which builds the underlying AI capability and technical pathways, and Impost, which enables teams to adopt that capability hands-on. Our Agile Centre of Excellence (ACE) is the third piece — helping teams change how they work, not just what tools they use, so that adopting AI capability actually changes outcomes rather than adding a step to an unchanged process. 

This role sits at the intersection of two things ACE cares about equally: the discipline of agile delivery, and the emerging practice of coaching teams through AI-driven ways-of-working change — delivered in close collaboration with Impost, and coordinated through the AI Enablement Workstream that aligns priorities across Keystone, Impost, and ACE. 

We're looking for an Agile Coach to join our Agile Centre of Excellence and help our agile teams navigate an increasingly agentic future — working hand-in-hand with Impost, Keyloop's dedicated AI enablement team, on the ways-of-working change that new AI capability demands. You don't need to be an AI expert, but we do expect eagerness and ability to experiment with AI hands-on, and the coaching skill to help teams adopt new ways of working thoughtfully.

About the Team

You'll join a global team of Agile Coaches collectively responsible for the agile ways of working across Keyloop's ~80 agile teams worldwide. The team reports to the Head of AI & Agile Delivery Enablement, within ADE. Rather than being fixed to a single business domain, you'll flex across teams and domains as priorities shift, giving you broad exposure to how different parts of Product & Engineering operate.

What You'll Do

• Team & ART Coaching: Coach Product Owners, teams and their stakeholders through outcome-based engagements — starting from a clear problem statement and coaching teams to find their own solutions, not prescribing yours.
• AI-Enabled Ways of Working: Working jointly with Impost and coordinated through the AI Enablement Workstream, help teams choose and adopt Keystone's AI capability appropriate to their context and maturity level; facilitate honest conversations about what's working, what isn't, and where human judgement still matters; support teams in setting their own guidelines for responsible use.
• Agile & Lean Practice: Coach and support teams and RTEs in designing and facilitating effective retrospectives, PI planning, and other ART-level events; draw on deep Scrum, Kanban, and Essential SAFe expertise to help them adapt these practices to their own context.
• Domain Partnership: Build relationships with Product Managers and RTEs; connect day-to-day observations to success metrics; identify cross-team patterns worth acting on.
• Teaching & Enablement: Design and deliver training and workshops on relevant agile practices and ways of working.
• Change Leadership: Recognise change resistance early, communicate the rationale for change clearly, and help build the coalitions — including AI Champions embedded in engineering teams — that make transformation stick at team and ART level.

What You'll Bring

Must-have: 

• Several years' experience in one or more agile roles (Agile Coach, RTE, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or equivalent), with real experience of large-scale/SAFe delivery.
• Demonstrated professional coaching skills — active listening, powerful questioning, coaching through resistance — with the judgement to know when to teach, facilitate, mentor or simply get out of the way.
• A genuine, active interest in AI and its practical application to agile ways of working, plus a real willingness to build deep AI experience through hands-on experimentation — this is a must-have, not a bonus.
• Experienced operating remotely within a large, international organisation, with the cross-cultural fluency to build trust and exert influence across geographical and cultural boundaries
• Good working knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and SAFe. Certification is a plus, but not a requirement.
• Based in, or willing to work from, Hyderabad, India. 

Nice-to-have: 

• Hands-on experience with AI coding or productivity tools (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar) in an engineering or delivery context.
• SAFe SPC certification, or working knowledge of OKRs as a goal-setting framework.

Location & Ways of Working

This is a hybrid role based in Hyderabad, India, balancing in-office and remote days to support both focused coaching work and in-person connection with teams. With 500+ Keyloop staff based in Hyderabad, there's substantial ground to cover locally — travel is the exception, not the norm, for this role.
