Reports to: Senior Manager, Lease Administration

3. What You'll Do?

As a Lease Analyst, you will support lease administration activities across a portfolio of commercial leases and related agreements. Key responsibilities include:

  • Review, abstract, and process commercial leases and supporting documentation.
  • Maintain and validate lease data within company systems.
  • Process lease updates, amendments, and change requests.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, landlords, and vendors.
  • Investigate and resolve lease-related issues, escalating complex matters as needed.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc reports.
  • Manage insurance documentation and compliance requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client reporting and service delivery.
  • Verify lease compliance, financial calculations, and expense accuracy.
  • Reconcile outstanding balances and support accounts receivable collections.
  • Calculate, invoice, and track tenant pass-through expenses.
  • Review escrow reconciliations and process payments as required.
  • Contribute to special projects and continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Recommend enhancements to systems, procedures, and workflows to improve efficiency and quality.

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in commercial property management, lease administration, real estate operations, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with lease administration and commercial real estate processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual language skills.
  • Experience with facility management or commercial real estate operations.
  • Experience working directly with clients, vendors, or landlords.
