Lease Analyst

3. What You'll Do?
As a Lease Analyst, you will support lease administration activities across a portfolio of commercial leases and related agreements. Key responsibilities include:
- Review, abstract, and process commercial leases and supporting documentation.
- Maintain and validate lease data within company systems.
- Process lease updates, amendments, and change requests.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, landlords, and vendors.
- Investigate and resolve lease-related issues, escalating complex matters as needed.
- Prepare and distribute monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc reports.
- Manage insurance documentation and compliance requirements.
- Identify opportunities to enhance client reporting and service delivery.
- Verify lease compliance, financial calculations, and expense accuracy.
- Reconcile outstanding balances and support accounts receivable collections.
- Calculate, invoice, and track tenant pass-through expenses.
- Review escrow reconciliations and process payments as required.
- Contribute to special projects and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Recommend enhancements to systems, procedures, and workflows to improve efficiency and quality.

Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial property management, lease administration, real estate operations, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with lease administration and commercial real estate processes.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual language skills.
- Experience with facility management or commercial real estate operations.
- Experience working directly with clients, vendors, or landlords.
